Working alongside seasoned lawyers, Hiba has strengthened her experience in supporting venture capital (VC) funds and mid-cap clients.

More generally, Hiba actively contributes to supporting buyers, sellers, and investors throughout M&A and private equity transactions, particularly by assisting in the preparation and review of transactional documentation.
