Amal Lafkih draws on her experience with a globally recognized law firm and MK Partners, where she developed expertise in corporate law, commercial law, tax law, contract law, and intellectual property. She provides comprehensive legal support to both international investors and Moroccan companies at key stages of their business activities.

Amal assists international clients with the establishment of Moroccan subsidiaries, drafting of initial contracts, and navigating legal questions during the early stages of market entry. For Moroccan clients, she advises on corporate changes, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.

She works closely with the M&A team throughout all phases of due diligence, conducting audits and preparing key documents, such as Share Purchase Agreements and Shareholder Agreements. Her expertise also includes drafting legal instruments, shareholder agreements, protocols, commercial contracts, and other key corporate documents.

In her daily work, Amal provides ongoing legal support, particularly in labor law and corporate matters, ensuring clients remain compliant with national and international regulations. She stays updated on the latest legal developments, helping businesses navigate regulatory changes with confidence.
